Poker Tracker V2 problem

I'm using Poker Tracker version 2, (acquired it earlier today ) and I'm having a problem impoting hands. When a player disconnects and reconnects during a hand, the history for that hand can't import, as poker tracker doesn't recognize the disconnect, and it gives an error. anyone know if there's a way to fix this?
