Poker Tracker Help
I am new to Poker tracker, so need a little advice.
I play poker on a number of different pc's , If I get them sent by email from Absolute, can i just copy them in to my hand history folder on my pc ? Bit of a pain cos they send each hand individual, not a tournament, but I want to keep full records on poker tracker Any advice on using poker tracker would be helpful, as in getting the most out of it, it seems more geared up for cash players, where I play sng and mtt mainly. A link to another thread maybe ? Thanks in advance B_S |

^ Thread I made a while ago. Chuck also made a starters guide to PT, but I can't seem to find it. ![]() |

Absolute does store hand histories on your hard drive. So, what you could do is make sure your history folders have the same pathname on each computer you use. Then when you are done playing on a non-PT machine, email the text files to your PC with PT on it. Then save the attached text files in your hand history folder on your PT PC. Then import those histories into PT and "VIOLA!"
This also works if someone else wants to send you some of their HH's to look at in PT. Poker coaches like Dbitel do it this way. |

Cheers for that, that is what I was looking for, obvious now I think about it. I read the begginers guide, I am looking more how to use PT to its potential, making the most of it, Will take a look at the other link you provided in a mo, cheers |
