Poker Tracker 3 !!!HELP!!!

Right i have had enough of trying to work out PT3 im stuck and dont have a clue what to do.
Please could people help me explain the following.

1) How to import hand histories from pokerstars and full tilt
2) How to find your username and search for it on Poker tracker
3) How to configure pokerstars and full tilt to import hand histories

Id be very greatful if people could help me set this up because i can get some hand histories and put some hands onto my blog to make it abit more exciting lol

1. You have to first tell PokerStars and FT to save your HH. On PokerStars this is done by Options -> Instant HH -> Save HH. On FT its pretty much the same. Once this is done your HHs will be saved to your computer.

2. Open Poker Tracker. Click on the site you want to configure, make sure its collecting the files form the same place your poker site is depositing them (by going to 'PokerStars/FullTilt Configuration), then click 'Automatically import hands with Auto Import'. Once this is done when you open Poker Tracker you can just click Auto-Import and it will start your desired sites HH import automatically. This should import your HHs and set up the HUD automatically

3. To look at your stats go to the 'Texas Holdem' tab, click settings the chose your screen name. From then on your stats will be the default ones shown, but you can also click the 'Mine' tab to see them.

Edit if your wanting to show hands in your blog id use : Hand History Converter - Poker Hand Replays then embed the animation into your blog. Makes it look slick and sexy!

On Full Tilt Poker you need to go to options, hand history, check the box to save Hand Histories.

Also will poker tracker be able to plot different graphs and keep different stats for 180 man / 45 man SNGS, Single table SNG's and multi table tourneys at different buy in levels ???
