Poker Tracker 2.05.02 Help

I used it a couple of monthes ago it worked fine...now im trying to import my hand histories and it isnt working...any advice?

Gonna need more detail than that. Which poker room ? Tourney hands or ring games ? Do you get any kind of error message ? If yes, what does it say ?

Btw, do you know that Poker Tracker has its own forum where you can get help from really expert users, including the author ? Just follow the link from the main PT website.

The current version of PT is 2.16. First thing to do is get the patch and update your old copy. With a bit of luck, this will also overwrite and correct any part of the program that has become corrupt.

Then, make sure that PT is looking in the correct path for the hand histories and that the folders for the database and for the output of processed files are also correct.

What does the program do? I've been looking really hard for a calculator program, I downloaded calculatem pro, texas calculatem and holdem genius but I can't find a serial key for any of them.

Poker Tracker is a program which stores and analyses your hand histories, to help you find and correct leaks in your game. It is not an odds calculator.

Calculatem Pro is a very effective odds calculator, if that is what you are looking for. You can obtain a license by visiting their website (calculatempro.com). It costs $100, but there are big discounts available by signing up for an account with one of their partner poker rooms. The instructions are all on the website.

If you really feel you need a calculator, it is the best one, IMO, and probably worth the $100.

On the other hand, why not try contacting them and telling them you`d really like to use their program and couldn`t they add an American-friendly option. Can`t hurt, at worst they can only say no.
