Poker Stars review on "cheaters" in trny

Again, thank you very much for your report. Our review of 'Somnoodle' and 'Tok3r' is now complete. We confirmed no relationship, but found that they did go easy on one another (known as soft play) on occasion. This is a violation of our tournament rule #9 as posted at:

We did take action to see that they do not play in the same events in the future, or at the same cash game table for that matter.

We also notice that you were placed in 7th position for this event. While we may not be completely certain whether or not you would have been affected by the outcome of the tournament, we have decided to advance you to 5th place. Your account has now been credited back with the 5th place prize of $25.20. Please accept this as an appreciation for your efforts to notify us with regards to such unwarranted activity on our site.

The integrity of our games is of utmost importance as is fair resolution of situations such as this. Our primary concern is to assure our players of a fair and secure environment in which to enjoy online poker.

Thats very noble of them to do. (credit you with 5th instead of 7th) At least they are acknowledging the collusion and attempting to do something about it.

That right there actually changed my view of PS 100%. Even with all the douchebag players and little kids running around that type of support is phenomenal to say the least. I will be frequenting there more often I think.

That was very noble of PS to credit you with a 5th....I never had to contact their CS but it looks like that are on the right track..
