I’d just like to introduce my blog, www.cerebralpoker.com. I believe it’s probably one of the most unique poker blogs on the internet, and hopefully will improve everyone’s game. The theme of my blog is how nutrition, dietary supplements, and drugs can improve mental performance, thereby hopefully improving your poker success. I’ve had nothing but positive reviews from other poker boards. It’s been a greater success than I’d originally predicted.

Some of the articles already up include:
-why energy drinks are detrimental to a poker player’s mental performance
-what does fish oil and poker have in common
-which prescription sleep aid is best for you

I do not sell or promote anything on my blog. It’s free information. Hopefully, it will be a complete source for improving one’s mental performance. I have a doctorate of pharmacy, am a practicing clinical pharmacist, and am the head of R&D at a nutraceutical company (I just provide clinical evidence supporting or not supporting nutraceuticals for particular benefits). I have a wealth of information that will hopefully help all of you out. I always appreciate feedback, positive or negative. Thank you. I will keep you updated on new articles.
