poker change gears

hi can any1 tell me a good strategy on how to change gears in poker plz.

Some of the time you play tight aggressive, some of the time you play loose aggressive. Keeps the opponents guessing. Quite simple, really.

Wow, what a response to a helpful suggestion. Otherwise, I agree with NWF. If you've been playing tight, try to steal some pots. If you've been playing loose and maybe shown a few weak hands, tighten up and wait for a big one as the table thinks "you'll play anything". Regardless, try to keep your opening bets to a standard size so no one really knows your strength.

If you cant even help yourself when help is GIVEN to you well then, you epic fail.

Try this, it helped me learn how to play position.

Play a couple $1, 45 person MTT's with your cards covered up. This gets you used to not just playing the cards, and then when play and you do see the cards you will be more comfortable raising with junk and "changing gears".
