Wow, what a response to a helpful suggestion. Otherwise, I agree with NWF. If you've been playing tight, try to steal some pots. If you've been playing loose and maybe shown a few weak hands, tighten up and wait for a big one as the table thinks "you'll play anything". Regardless, try to keep your opening bets to a standard size so no one really knows your strength.

i just ****ed about played about 10 hands aggressivly then raised 234 with ace king guy raised me all in wit 99 i thought i played good but nah

Try this, it helped me learn how to play position.

Play a couple $1, 45 person MTT's with your cards covered up. This gets you used to not just playing the cards, and then when play and you do see the cards you will be more comfortable raising with junk and "changing gears".
