| Poker after dark, nets vs. vets Starting on February 16th and running for six consecutive nights, Cole South (CTS), David Benefield (Raptor), and Taylor Caby (Green Plastic) - all of them cardrunners instructors - will face off against seasoned vets Doyle Brunson, Eli Elezra, and Gabe Kaplan on NBC's Poker After Dark. Rather than the typical $20,000 buyin sit-n-go format, they will be playing a $200/$400 NLHE cash game with a $100,000 buyin. Preview on http://www.cardrunners.net CTS pwns Doyle in that hand. |

| Today Friday the 20th Raptor all week was stating that interneters play more hands than pros....at 1000 + an hour.... Today Raptor raises with 56 off suit and called by Doyle..K J FLOPS 66K...Raptor hits trips and tries to bait Doyle is thinking Raptor has KQ or KA so then crap card and the J on the river...Doyle re-raise Raptor 40K$ and after thinking it out Raptor folds trip 666??? Just goes to show that if you see 1000+ hands an hours and 85% of those hands are won with bad cards...the internet players play crap for they know that pros play tight and good cards... So when hit with the dillema Raptor fold=goes to show that on the internet and LIVE play isn't the same....Internet nobody is there and you can yell all you want in your home while LIVE =you shake in your boots especially faceing a Doyle or seasoned vet...... |
