Playing/studying/resting?

How much time do you guys spend playing and studying a week I feel like I study enough and play about the right amount per day/week, but when I read some of the threads here it make me feel like a sort of overplay.

What amount of time playing and studying a day or week do you feel comfortable with without overextending yourself?
