| Playing poker at less then optimum conditions So I've got the flu and feel like crap. I can't sleep and want to jump out my window. So why not sit down and play a few hands of micro limit holdem at pokerstars? I played poorly and super agressive. I had six tables open and any time I had a hand would make retarded sized bets, call reraises, sometimes I had the best hand, sometimes I lost, and sometimes donked out bigtime. After about an hour I just didn't feel like trying to concentrate at all - so I shut it down, amazed that I was up $25 bucks. I wonder if I made my game worse by playing today. I think I'll obstain until I feel better. What changes would you make if HAD to play when you were sick or after a death in the family, ect. . . |
