playing good or getting lucky? whenever i have a winning session im afraid that i was playing bad and getting lucky. its also the same when i have a losing session. i believe i am playing good and just not catching cards. i guess the only way to to tell that im actually playing good is to consistently have winning sessions.

It's easier to tell if you were playing good or getting lucky. If you consistently get your money in good, then you were doing good. If you get your money in good and wind up losing on a bad beat the other guy got lucky. Now if your only winning because your the one getting lucky on the turn/river then you should know your not playing that good.

You can do what Belle said. Reviewing hand histories is a great way to check up on your play. There are probably people on here that would be willing to sweat you too. Other than that you could make a vid and post it, and people can comment on your play that way.
