Played in a Tournament @ Luckystar!

There is a casino here in Oklahoma called Luckystar Casino. Havent played there in a long time, but they hold a tournament on sundays. Every sunday, $50 buy in, + 5 bucks for an extra 1k chips.

My Final Hand:
There is about 14 people left, tourney started with about 87 people. 4 spots out of the money.

I have about $8,600 in chips, BB is $2,000, so i am short stack at my table.
Im in the BB. I get deal A/Q unsuited. MP+2 Raises to $4,000. LP Calls. Everyone else folds. I re-raise to All in. Both players call.

BB (Me) A/Q unsuited
MP+2 K/Q unsuited
LP 9/6 Suited Diamonds.

Why the LP called i have no idea. Well it doesnt turn out well. Flop is 3d, 7s, 5d. Turn is Jd. I dont even know what the river was because i didnt care at that point.

I was so upset, wasnt even funny. Do you feel that was the best time for me to push them all in? Also, isnt that a bad play on LP's part, i get MP+2's call, but really 9/6 diamonds. It obv. was the winning hand, but i was extremely upset.

Hopefully i will have better luck next sunday, if i go again.
