PartyPoker vs PacificPoker Hi Everyone, I am doing some research on online poker sites and affiliates for my Marketing module. One of the things I am trying to achieve is a comparison between PartyPoker.com and PacificPoker. Does anyone know of sites that are affiliated (or that advertise) just PacificPoker and where PartyPoker does not appear? thanks, sherloq

I think that you will find it hard to find a site that isnt an affiliate of PartyPoker. It is free to become an affiliate to most of these sites as long as you have a webpage to put the link on. As far as PacificPoker goes, it is pretty much the same thing so it would be hard to say exact sites who are affiliates. Hope this helps.

Not trying to be funny, but why not just ask them ? The email addresses are: marketing@pacificpoker.com info@partypoker.com If you explain to them that it`s for your studies, ask nicely, and don`t ask anything that`s commercially sensitive, I don`t see why they wouldn`t tell you about their advertising and affiliate programs. Retail organisations (and these guys are more or less that) are generally quite willing to be friendly and helpful to members of the public. It`s in their own interest to show goodwill to potential customers.

re: PartyPoker vs PacificPoker You'll probably have to google Pacific Poker and go down many pages to find one. We cant state a site name here because it is against the forum rules.

I'll put in my w bits of both sites.... Party poker seemed pretty good, but i owned netteller a bit of money so they froze my account! Pacific poker seemed ok at first, but i tried to cash out 100$ and they had problems with my banking info and where to send it...eventually i told them to cancel it and put it back into my bankroll.....they went ahead and tried to resend it to my bank again and now a month later they are still trying to track where it went.
