Player flintti finished in 216.

My comments:
Okay, so I was raised by some two cards (just happened to be QQ here) before the flop and was hoping for a set. Okay so I put him on AQ I bet 800 on the flop which was fine, until the guy called my all-in for 3820 chips!?!???.

Now, I have gone through every way that I could have mistyped or incorectly bet all my chips in this pot. Yet, I saw my 800 go in and then being called as all-in.

I have never ever mistrusted a poker site and I don't think they are rigged or anything, but this is just something that I can't even to this moment believe.

Has anyone ever had a similar thing happen to them?

Yes I've typed too many zeros on the end of a bet as well and ended up all in.

Sorry, but that's what happened my friend.

ummmm....odds are u mistyped something
if the hand history showed u betting 800, then i would say something was wrong
u mistyped or u moved ur curser to where u would put urself all in and without looking at ur screen u pressed enter

I have tried to mistype the same bet with too many zeros. all I get is 800. I saw the 800 go in, then there was a small delay after which I found out I was all-in. BTW, partpoker does not take bets with Enter.

In this situation if you type 8000 it will put you all in.

You then must have clicked bet.

I've played every day on party poker for 4 years, trust me on this.

I tried it in similar tournament situations (a later freeroll) and all I got was 800. I maybe wrong though, maybe there is a difference between freeroll and paid tournaments?

On party poker if you type a number in which is more than you have it puts you all in.

Never played a freeroll, but no idea why this would be different.

Atleast this does not apply to cash games and freerolls then... Might have been a typo on my part, but it is hard to accept when I could not replicate the results.

Ahhh misread OP.

Same thing happens on pokerstars if you type 30000 instead of 300, it puts you all in both on the rings and MTTs.

Just tried it on a "cash" play money table (I feel dirty).

Same thing there. Same thing in SnGs, real money cash and MTTs.

I'd give up while you are behind.

Yes, I tried it. And I get what happened. I just never pressed the button so I didn't know it would bet a different amount that was on the screen. That is really weird that the software works that way....

And someone, please delete this thread before I humiliate myself further or start hallusinating more about the sites being rigged.

and so on, Now I need my rest.

I wouldn't worry about it flint, my friend

Not many people on the interweb who admit an error even when presented with the evidence. Speaks highly of you that you do.

Hope to see you at the Party tables sometime.

I actually send them a e-mail before and after I realized my mistake. I guess different representatives answered since one reply was that it was investigated thoroughly without having found nothing wrong and the other one said that they will consider changing the bet button to reflect the true bet.

Hopefully we will get software that makes it harder to make such mistakes soon. In the meanwhile, be careful with your betting.

Now that I look back on the mistake, it was actually a good thing because after dropping out I went onto a freeroll and to make my third final table ever (ending a over half year long streak of having many finishes just outside the final table) giving me a chance to take part in the hunt for the 300k sunday seats.

Irexes, keep up the positivity, its contagious.

Heh heh,

I lost power in the pokerstars $3 rebuy the other day for ten minutes. Came back to KK and won a nice pot.

Could have been frustrating, but I prefer to think that I might have missed a cooler while disconnected and therefore got lucky.

Total nonsense, but makes the world a better place

Allright, won a seat in the 300k tourney tomorrow! And for free! What can I say, but maybe this mistake was well worth it. Time to have a small celebration...

I'll have to say that the 50 seat frenzy seems to be the easiest way to get to the tournament. The play gets really tight at like 70 players and it is pretty easy to pick spots to steal. I think I got a person to lay down a set after a flop that had three cards in sequence by raising him almost all-in, one of the best bluffs I've ever gotten away with.

I am very positive about tomorrows tournament, damn I might have a good shot at taking it down! I can't let the potential money get to me, just have to be playing my A game.

I've played it a lot and monied a couple

Patience is key as the stacks and blinds are generous. There are also plenty of people who are out of their depth and push when they shouldn't.

1) you can't call 450 with 33
2) YOU CAN'T BET VERSUS 3 OVERCARDS let alone go allin
3) Remember he raised preflop
4) That is some of the WORST play I ever saw

He didnt mean to go all in and i think you can call 450 with 33 if you put your opponent on AQ

Why even call anything with 33,ya know its generally crap.even if ya get trips its not that great.seems like when i get trip3,someone beats it...as for a glitch..they are very very very hard to reproduce unless its a keyboard issue...keyboards an a new mouse are very cheap!
