Paradise not releasing missing funds!!!

Not a lie. I have been jipped by Paradise Poker. they took around 80 dollars out of my account and I dont have and all of my transactions have cleared, so i know its not that. Their support staff only sends generic messages stating they will get back to you, but yeah right. they dont! they only send more generic messages. I will never play on that sight again. I have had minor problems with them in the past, but i never thought they would stoop this low.

Good first post - no dates, spelling mistakes, no other details about what was left in the account. Did you try to withdraw the money, etc? What does the Transaction history show? What responses did you get, and how long have you waited?
One immediate guess would be that you had an $80 bonus that hadn't cleared, and you tried to withdraw money, at which point you may find yourself forfeiting some or all of the bonus money (I'm not 100% sure of their T&Cs on bonuses).

I have to say, I have played at Paradise going 3 years and have never had even an inkling of a problem when it came to depositing/cashing out. True, withdrawals do take a day or two to clear to my Neteller account, but that is pretty standard.

Paradise is on the up and up, and should be on the list of most trusted sites, IMO.

Yeah, I've been playing at Paradise for about 2 years as well, and have never had a problem with them. Actually, you're the first person who I've ever heard that has. You never know what one individual employee is capable of though...

How can they release funds they don't have! They're missing aren't they! lol
