pahud help

I am trying to get pahud set up with pokerstars and can't seem to get it to work quite right.

It will not display individual stats, but it is putting some numbers on the screen (see below example)

can anyone point me in the right direction? (does it need to observe a certain number of hands first?)

No I don't really have any idea what I'm doing yet...

anybody? I've been banging my head against this for over an hour and getting nowhere. I have told pah to look at the PT database, which is open and updating correctly. But it's still like pah has absolutely no stats to show.

I don't even know what to try right now.

pahud forums say to "make sure PT database is importing correctly", which it doesn't seem to be but I have no idea how to be sure or how to fix it.

Have set up the numbers in the Layout Manager?

I use a PAHUD, and mine needs to see the first hand or two (that I am in the game) Maybe check your settings and your hand history folder, make sure they are the same

still no progress, I had already done everything (except the email stuff) in chuck's writeup. (the email thing looked like it was for tournaments anyway and shouldn't matter for what I'm trying to do).

Yes I expected it to need a certain number of hands to display anything meaningful but it's still not displaying *anything* (except what you see in the screenshot) after >50 hands.

I didn't really change anything in the default layout for pokerstars so that should be fine, the stats are there in PT, just nothing is being displayed on the tables. It is pointing to the correct hand history folder.

Rather frustrated atm, and I'm probably missing something pathetically obvious.

I greatly appreciate everyone who has replied to try and help.

I'd be happy to volunteer additional information, I'm just not sure what would be relevant.

I'd suspect you haven't set the directory for saving the hand histories in Pokerstars, or, haven't set the directory in Pokertracker to find those saved hand histories.

I think I got it, thanks to all that replied.

PT was outputting processed files to a folder I had created for this (as the writeup suggested). What fixed it was pointing pahud to this directory instead of the hand history directory in the pokerstars folder.

Knew it would be something simple
