pacific poker question

if any1 plays there and has thier new software,im always freezing up for mins at a time ,ive got thier help but nothing works,ny help is appreciated

every other program works fine, just not thiers

Their software does seem to be a little more flaky than some others - I've had it that I'm multi-tabling at a few tables, and Pacific has frozen while others kept going - but this has been pretty rare.
Your machine does seem fairly low-spec, though - in particular, Windows 98 is in the 'end of life' phase, so few if any companies will put any effort into officially supporting it or testing software against it - it's asking them to support a piece of software that has been obsolete for 7 years (which in development lifecycles is an eternity).
