| P.Stars - Thank you and good night. And good riddance. OK, so I've just taken out $300 from my P.S. account after suffering yet more dead-card runs, lack of hits on the flop and all-round frustration. I'm down to my last $27 and I'm gonna use it for the entry (plus 2 rebuys) into the $8.80+R NLHE ($10000 guaranteed) tourney at 10:00 today. Once I go out, I'm going to uninstall P. Stars and not let that software anywhere near my hard drive ever again. I've JUST ABOUT HAD IT with this site!! This rant is also a shameless attention seeking device. If you have nothing better to do come see my demise!! Screen name: Spooonerism - the one with the Pink Floyd (Battersea Power Station) album cover. I don't plan to play anymore P. Stars after this anyway, so I don't care. |

| I have accounts at: PKR William Hill Coral Poker Paddy Power Poker Party Poker I'm gonna steer clear of all US friendly sites from now on. No offence but there just doesn't seem to be any casual, fishy US players any more since it became all illegal and wrong to do over there. |

| Yep, my top pair just got busted by someone's straight on the river. I raise a glass to you P. Stars - Thanks for absolutely nothing whatsoever. You gave me the worst junky hands again and again and again, and all my marginals got beat. People outdraw me 90% of the time. I aint gonna miss you one bit! - Good riddance - you are about to be wiped from my hard disc forever - HURRAH!!!!!!!! |

| I hear what ya saying Rob. Apart from the stuttery chip movements they do have nice software that's for sure and their design is slick and their tournies are good and they have lots of traffic. They have a good reputation and all this made me go back for a piece. But that's it. I'm gonna stick to my PKR and whatnot where the cards just seem to be kinder. |

| I am always happy to read posts like this, it makes me feel better. I seem to be having the same kind of luck, but AT ALL THE SITES I PLAY. Thankfully I can only afford to play the freerolls lol. If I were spending my hard earned dollars to play right now - yep I would seriously think about uninstalling. But, hey either I'm stupid or a relentless grinder and just keep playing (and hopefully learning) until the deck gets warm again. Thanks again for the post and gl with your offshore endeavors. |

ok lets get facts straight first of all, it is not Illegal to play poker online. its is illegal for banks to fund online poker - big difference, massive difference. as for it being rigged hell all online poker is rigged. nah. people go through good runs and bad runs and that is why if you are playing with all your available money you should not have more then like 5% in a game 10% tops. If you only had like $200 and lost most of it then obviously you were playing way way way above where you should of been playing. If you want to play cash games and are playing with all your available money then sorry to say you deserve to bust out. see I deposited $500 last week and blew through it in one day but that isn't my bankroll I have a rolling bankroll where I have the ability to deposit when I want so I can do that. It seems like you cant or you wouldn't be so mad about losing a couple hundred, it seems to me you had all your available money in games and took some rough beat and a bad run. Im choosing not to play cash games, not because im not bankrolled for them but because I personally want a break from them and get back to playing tournaments which I love. Just my 2 cents. |

| Poker Stars is hard because all the people who suck at poker leave. And people who suck at poker are people who don’t have the ability to think logically. And the people who don’t think logically come up with low intelligent comments like: the most popular poker site on the internet is rigged. So please. If you think pokerstars is rigged. Go to another poker site where all the other crappy players accumulate. You might get lucky feeding off the other crappy players. But in the end you still suck at poker and your still going to lose all your money. And just so things are clear. A bad poker player can be real good at poker but if the player can’t take bad beets and accept them for what they are, that is what makes them crappy at poker. |

Wow - you've got yourself into a right muddle here. I've never seen anyone contradict themselves so much in one post. 1) All "people who suck at poker", as you say, would not just leave P.S. Wouldn't sucky players leave at no matter what site they were at? 2) You then go on to say that people with low intelligence and those who do not think logically should go to a site "where all ... crappy players accumulate". Wouldn't that actually be a REAL GOOD thing to do? Wouldn't that actually be a really INTELLIGENT thing to do? 3) Finally, you say "a bad player can be real good at poker". Didn't you mean to say that "a bad player can have a really good run"? Because to me, by definition, "a good player precisely DOES accept bad beats for what they are." OK, so maybe I'm being pedantic and up my own arse here. But I'm tired of reading threads that are just badly constructed or not properly thought though. |
