| Outs Quiz Question/Poll I'm curious how people answer this because you will be surprised how some players will overlook outs. So, this is a question about a particular scenario. Player A who is shortstacked goes all in with Qs, Js. Player B pushes all in to isolate with Ks, Kc. The flop and turn is: Qc, Jh, 10d, 3c. Now, I ask you, how many outs does Player B have? | re: Outs Quiz Question/Poll poker Might be good to construct a new scenario with multiple draws and partial outs? May be interesting to see the response of others and particularly for the OP. I am at Uni and am feeling a bit lazy therefore cannot be arsed to do it myself :P If someone else can be bothered I'm happy to offer my two pence again later today |

| Since I have no idea what "cake" and "bastard" are... and I didn't find them in poker terminology lists ... and the right answer is not up there in numbers... dopey poll. It wasn't a dopey question, though. Not very hard for some, but still a good exercise. |

| No assigning numeric values to cake/bastard you bastards! also: and I mean absolutely no offense to the OP... but if you can't do this fairly quickly and reliably then practice it till you can! Being able to count outs when you know exact whole cards is not difficult (or shouldn't be).... cause to be honest, all you are doing is counting. having said that, we never (well rarely) know what our opponent exactly has so we have to count outs vs a range, which is considerably trickier.. |

| Tim pm'd me last night asking to change the 15 outs to 16, but unfortunately I had already logged off for the night, and didn't see his message until now. Sorry Tim! So you see, it's really all my fault... I guess it's kind of a moot point to edit it now? |
