Online V. Live

Personally i prefer live play. To me its sort of like sex. Doing it online is fun and convenient. You can find a game any time. Its faster than a live game. But its not quite the same as doing it in person. Its just much more exciting when you have that human contact.

PokerStarsPokerStars is amongst the best poker sites online that accepts US players. Use PokerStars marketing code CARDSCHAT for an exclusive $75 bonus.

Poker is like sex. Sometimes, when you push it all in, you end up getting screwed.

LIVE PLAY. Where you play against your opponents real personal raw talent.

For guys anyhow, I would say playing live poker is like making love to a Playboy Bunny. Playing online poker is like locking yourself in the toilet and masturbating.

If there were a game live I prefer live, but online is convenient as I can play at 8 in the morning, 2pm, or midnight, and there will ALWAYS be people there to play with. I like live games more though if they're available.

must say i like live poker more. mainly so i can actually vent my frustration at a bad beat at the actual player other than an computer screen. but seriously live poker is better for me. i mean who would rather have a wank in the toilet instead of full on penetration!

I prefer live. When you win a hand, you can enjoy it more when your opponent grunts and everyone else says "Nice hand" or "Nice bluff." It's not the same when you are by yourself and see it in the chat box.

The only drawback live is that you have to deal with people like this:

I like both but, prefer online because its fast, convenient, anytime, anyplace, you can choose the perfect game for your bankroll, and I find it easy to concentrate. There is so much going on live with chat etc that I get distracted from thinking strategically. On the other hand live is more fun with interaction with the players, and you get more time to think about hands.
