Or are those rigged, too?

Smells like sarcasm, but I can't tell since you're bit of a new poster.

Naw I cant see online poker being rigged, at least not with the larger ones. I'm sure you can find a shady smaller company who might rig the game
Now online roulette, thats a different story....

Anytime I run into someone who claims its rigged its typically some dude who hangs around at a big stake table in the final table of some big tournament begging money from the players on that table. These guys claim with conviction that they, and only they, have been cheated out of their last pennies by the online poker sites. It's a joke ladies and gentlemen.

I do think it is relevant to ask, however, who are behind the online casinos. After all, we trust these companies with significant moneys. So a while back I went through the bother of trying to figure out which people and companies are behind full tilt. I was not successful. The company is registered through an anonymous registration service. Simple searches turned up nothing. I have no idea what company I am dealing with except that software development is done in Ireland through tiltware lcc. If anyone can tell me who owns and operates any of the online poker rooms, even the big ones, please do.

There was an article about four years ago on msn which listed the then owner(s) of fulltilt. Don't know if you can find it or not.

Grapes are sour

If you win the online poker is for you if you dont the grapes are sour.
try another stuff dont loose your hard earn money not even in rakes.
There is nothing in this world that can prove online poker is rigged because they are a team of big money people and as power is to corrupt they will not the public to know if they rigg or not.
what they want is rakes or may be more than that or simply said money they want you people to spend and spend a lot beaware of your limits if you save $10 a day invest it to something else if you cant win at online poker. I am playing 3 yrs now still no positive result but I am a profit making live player so online poker for me is only fun. I dont expect to win there why Its my decision and my money.
DONT LOOSE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ITS YOURS WHEN ITS IN YOUR POCKETS. (if it is a consipiracy you and me are not allowed even not able to catch it for sure it is well formed and protected by some big fishes. If want to still discuss than who killed american presidents. lol big fishes) dont live in a state of unsure people if not online poker prove your self somewhere else. STAY COOL

I find it funny how whenever I go all in preflop and someone with more chips calls me (seems with any two cards) I lose. I could go in with AA or 23. I could flop a boat and lose to quads or I'll flop a straight and lose to a flush. 9 times out of 10, however, if I call someone else's all in when I have more chips than them, I win. Sounds rigged to me. I refuse to put anymore money online because I either lose by calling with the best hand and get sucked out on the vast majority of the time, or I'm up against some donkey that makes either a terrible bet or call, and then sucks out. I can handle losing to a good hand. I'm more sick of the terrible calls and dumb luck that happens (or rigging as some people may refer it as) than bad beats. If I have a boat and lose to a straight flush, I'll get over it. If I go all in on the flop, and get called by the donkey with absolutely nothing but 3 to a flush, and then they get running cards to make the nuts, its disgusting and irritating. Find me a site where the pros play so I can win some. Almost forgot. With the way some of these people play online, I would put up my next 4 pay checks that says there are people that actually know what cards are gonna come on the board. Any thoughts?

Most other games, the bad players lose. With cards, it seems like all the luck in the world goes for the garbage players (whether its on a rigged web site or game at your buddy's house).

Losing is one thing. One YEAR of bad luck, can't be just bad luck. Put me on a live table, I'll beat most anybody. Put me online, it's a joke. You can sharkscope me, I look like an awful player. Actually watch me play and you'll see quick, I'm not bad, I just get unlucky a ridiculous amount of times. Flop a set and go all in, guy snap calls with a gutshot for 85% of his chips. Hits the gutshot (atleast 90% of the time). I can see that happening from time to time, seeing a suckout in an all in situation for 4 outs or less, but the vast majority of the time? If you say its not rigged, then obviously you've been on the good end of these sites for some reason.

I hate this thread too. But I have to read it to clean up behind people like you who post crap multiple times. I merged your multiple consecutive posts.

maybe its just me, but i get upset alot when hands like my AA lose to 42o for my stack (usually $100 since i play nl100 and buyin 100 xbb). it makes me start thinking online poker is indeed rigged. then again, i also cold call with weird stuff and dish out ridiculous "bad beats". this makes me conclude that, it may or may not be rigged, im not sure - lol - only thing im sure of is, there are certain sets of coded sequences in every poker site (everest has the 42x vs AA/KK/QQ while pokerstars has J9x vs AKs) i have played more than 100k hands on each of these sites and some hands do repeat themselves. plain weird imo

OK, can you provide us with some evidence of this one year slump? Can you provide numerous HH's showing the 10% suckouts. Please provide us with your playing stats. You have 3 posts, why should we believe your advice, and not believe the fact that you can't play poker.... Evidence please!

i have two things to say:
1. dan1888 too bad, it looked like you had something good to say. but i can't read it, do you know where the- enter key is??
2. beriac, i aggree with what you had to say. and many of the others who are getting tired of the constant rigged thing.
you made some very good points, it was nicely put together and easy to read. thank you.

fulltilt is absolutely favored toward people who go all in with shit because they always hit gold on the river. 3-6? why not play it cause youll get running 6's on the last two

Yes, I'm sure that the site is rigged against you just because of a few bad beats.

It's more like people always remember bad beats, but never remember all the times that hands play out according to the odds.
