It's 18. Not sure if it's entirely legal in the US no matter what your age, but most sites you have to claim that you are 18 or over.
Now, if you want to gamble in Vegas, Atlantic City etc., then 21 is the age restriction. But...if you go to an Indian (Native American) Casino, it's 18 (at least it is for the one in my town). |

Moast sites say "You must be 18 years of age or the legal age to gamble in your country, whichever is greater." I know Full Tilt is 21 or older, thats why I dont play there. They don't want me, I don't want them!

I would be willing to wager that it is possible to play for real money on FullTilt even if you aren't 21. Just a hunch. On the other side I believe Party Poker allows no one over the age of 12. Or maybe that is IQ.

To walk into a casino in the U.S. it's 21. Canada 19. That's why it helps to live next to the border! Although I've never been to one, I think I remember a friend saying there was close by in Ny that let you in at 18 or 19 for some reason....Indian Casino...not really sure about that though.
Oh, and drinking age is the same as above. |
