OMFG, have I been a victim of collusion??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

So i'm playing on pokerstars with a buyin of $1500 on $50/$100 limit. All went well for the first 10 minutes as I made around $150. I left and went to another table which was empty waiting for a person to play with. a few minutes later a person sits down with the same amount as me $1500 I took $500 off of him by hitting a lucky queen on the river and he mucked aces. He pauses for a second and says "stop playing like a f.uckin donkey you retard". I told him "that's poker loser, so stop whining". He then sits out for about 10 seconds AND ANOTHER PLAYER COMES IN with $1500. As the games about to start i'm in the BB with Ac 9s and the new player raises, while the other calls, and I call also.

On the flop came As Js 8c I check, then the new player checks, then the last one bets. I then call and the new player raises, the other calls and I call. The turn card comes (4d) and I check. and the same thing again. The last player bets, i call, then the new player RAISES, then the other RE raises really fast like their trying to kick me out of the pot. I'm thinking he has two pair, since I only have an ace with 9 kicker but i still call. THIS IS THE PART I DONT GET. When the river comes (3d) I check, then the new player pauses for about 15 seconds and checks then the other player DOES THE EXACT SAME THING, he pauses for around 15 seconds and bets. I call, then the new player immediately Re raises, while the other Re Re raises. Now i'm thinking one of them has 2 pair, so I quickly fold. AND THE BULL SHIT THAT I'M STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT is when I fold. THE NEW PLAYER TAKES ABOUT 5 SECONDS AND FOLDS AS WELL.

I dont understand, why did he do all of that raisng only to fold at the very end right after I folded? Could they have been communicating some how when they took a long time to make a move?

And what also bothers me is I asked the new player "why did you fold" He replied " mind your own business" and the other person said

"yeah like you told me, quit whining. I told them "are you losers colluding me" the new person replied saying "whats that mean???" I told him " it means are you cheating me" He typed

"i dont know what the hell you are talking about"

I then said "ok let me contact pokerstars and see what cards you were raising with so much with, only to fold at the very end"

The new player immediately sat out and left the table and so did the other player. Is there something going on here??? have I been cheated out $600???

Find the hand history and send it to pokerstars. It's almost definitely collusion. PS can get your money back and ban the idiots

Most likely one player had a great hand and one was trying to steal. I don't see how two colluding people would ever want to come to a table to steal one player's money. The pokersites out there are really on the ball watching for these things. Chances are you were not cheated.
By the way welcome to the forum...use the search feature and type in "collusion" to see other peoples thoughts on this subject.

It would be worth contacting support though, just in case,...if these guys play at the same table often, they'll get nailed.

Just got back from work and checked my account, and guess what? not only did I get my $600 back, but I also got the $1647 pot!! They emailed me back saying the players accounts have been froze permanently and your money along with the orignal pot have been credited to your account.

I knew something was fishy, but it kind of makes me wonder if people do this all the time and get away with it. If I wouldn't have contacted pokerstars they probably would have gotten away with it scot free. I'm not so sure if online poker is really that safe. Bastards who do this kind of shit should really be shot

Wow nice spot, good job you were only playing the single table, or else something like this would be difficult to stop. Any chance of posting a copy of the email pokerstars sent you ?

Nice to see a nice result out of the whole situation...I have kinda of been part of a collusion case as well on Poker Stars they are very tight about the whole situation. Its really nice to see in your situation you got your money back as well as they will not be able to play on Poker Stars again...they will prob move on to FT now to start it again

They were rookies getting caught that fast. The one guy just called his friend to join in. At those levels you will run into pro teams of 8 and more members all communicating threw their own server. They all watch the same game mixing it up so good you would never put your finger on them. Be happy you ran into just two obvious idiots. Hope you learned a lesson. Pro teams are running rampart at big games and will have there way with you.

Thats so screwed up. Do you guys have any advice to avoid getting scammed by bastards like these guys? Or any tips to spot it. (I'm an average player.)

If you think your hand is good, and you see people just out of random start raising and re-raising maybe make the call.

i was just on a Poker.com freeroll and after an hour, i got moved to a table where I saw two players chatting in a certain dialect...
i told them to stop it because they were obviously telling each other what their hole cards were... i understood part of it...
i got bothered and thrown off my game and got busted out after a few hands... it's ok though, i'm used to getting busted out... lol...

i stayed on to watch the game to see if they were still doing it...
they kept on doing it and are still doing it as i type this post...
i even got a screenshot...

my question is, should I report this?
will i get Poker.com's attention given that this was a freeroll and not a cash game nor a tourney with a buy-in?

Poker Stars is bad for freerolls/bonus but Customer service is a different issue...i dont have much experience with other sites customer serivce but from what ive experienced with PS they have got to be at the top of customer service!

I knew some people who use to do this trick at lower limits and went broke because nobody ever folded. I didnt fell the least bit bad for them.
