| I don't even think that they consider poker a sport and if they did they would have to legalize it online. If there were a poker team I wonder if they would do it like golf and the ryder team and top players through the year would make the team lol. |

| Poker was recognised as a Mind Sport fairly recently. I'm guessing that's where the story originated. Also, weren't there some strange non sport medals in the first few modern olympics? I've got a vague idea that there was an Olympic medal for Architecture. So you never know.
