Notice something! Hey All, Is it just me or do the new markets, (meaning the lastest country, guys from llllllllllllllll) outdraw alot. They make crazy calls and smack some wild cards to make a hand! I play live in small tourneys, 40-50 people only final table pays. Final table also get points for end of quarter freeroll. I always make the freeroll. And so far this quarter made 11 outa 14 final tables. This isa daily tourney 5 times a week. I have only been playing 1-2 times a week. I won't say internet poker is rigged but it does seems the % is off a little. If they had a prize for the most bubbles online i would be in the running all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Live poker is a whole different game than online. At the same stakes you may play live and kill you will find a lot better competition online. You find "donks" live and you find them online. You can't get physical tells while online and timing tells are a joke. If you really want to "prove" the percentages are off start compiling a database of billions of hands. And I mean BILLIONS, maybe 100s of billions, thats the only way you may have sufficient data to come to any sort of worthwhile conclusion.

I hear you on living on the bubble. I spend too much time there. I often get too tight around the money, especally if I am midstacked. This philosophy has flaws because as soon as a couple of the small stacks double up through the call anything bigs, you are now the small stacked and forced to play something before the blinds eat you up. You wish you had that AJ or AQ that you folded earlier when you were "playing it safe". Last edited by JMTalbert : 2nd December 2009 at 10:07 PM.
