My notes on other players at f-tilt are not all there? Any one know why?

My best guess is one of the following:

1) You are playing on a new/different computer
2) You uninstalled FT & reinstalled it
3) You went into Program Files/FT/ and deleted some info in the XML file

You forgot to click save and exit?
