Since the thread was closed i decided to express my opinion here. Although I am ultimately respect your decision dorkus i just want to say tht i disagree with your decision, I hope u take no offence.

No more staking threads

We've decided, for numerous reasons, not to allow any more staking threads. The four that are running at the moment (storms, estelle, Jim, joose) will be allowed to continue, so feel free to continue posting in these, but any new threads asking for stakes, or offering deals or suchlike will be removed.




I just believe that staking threads make it fun such as tenbobs thread sending 5 dollars to the last place finisher in cardschat. I believe we all enjoyed that thread and well this is a poker forum so betting should be allowed. But, i geuss its not. This is too bad, but its no big deal.

It wasn't just my decision, it was a decision agreed on by Nick and all the mods.

While the crux of our reasoning was explained in the sticky thread, threads like this (read the last few dozen posts) also help explain why we stopped public staking threads.
