No FTP player on season 7 High Stakes Poker

This might be already known but i just found it out.If this is true it wouldn't be worth watching.

I agree it's unfortunate. Not worth watching may be a bit of an overstatement... there are plenty of good seasons of HSP that didn't include the FTP triad. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

That said, if FTP is so concerned about image improprieties, perhaps they should start their own show which features both theirs and other players.

:/ I will still watch but its a bit disappointing. Some of the most interesting pots involve Ivey, Dwan or Antonius. They stir up good action and I think the show will be worse off for it.

High Stakes Poker has been ruined by Poker site politics.

It's basically just going to be the Pokerstars Big Game without the Loose Cannon and deeper stacked. (negreanu not appearing, neither is lex veldhuis - confirmed so far are esfandiari, barry greenstein, and jason mercier)

Looks like Poker after Dark (who will be airing a PLO cash game next season), and FTP's million dollar cash game will be the only places to catch dwan and ivey.

No Negreanu either?? Wow, I think this is the first time hes hasn't been there. I'm very wary about this season now... I'll watch for sure, at least to see what its going to be like with so many great people missing... but I dont think I'll like it as much.

Negreanu is one of my favorite players to watch. He's generally pretty talkative and has some pretty greats kills

Kind of a bummer. Think of the upside though - we won't be inflicted with Mike Matusow either.

then PAD will only have full tilt players
