Nice program
Well, I started using this program and it reminds me of PokerTracker but a lot easier to use. (I never really got PT working for me lol)
You guys can check it out: PokerOffice - Realtime analysis and statistics software for online texas hold'em poker |

look at your hands see if you are bleeding money, see where you are losing the most money in (im guessing small blind), look at your so called "bad beats" and replay the hands see where you could of played them better or different. Look at your vpip for certain table/level/sitting look at your PFR see if they are close together. If your vpip is 18 and your PFR is like 6 then you know you are not playing aggressive enough and that is a hole in your game. seriously though if you start reviewing your hands and fixing your holes your game will take a major upswing. |

There are quite a few threads on this site, plus a HUGE amount of info at the PT forums if your having a problem understanding Pokertracker. It really isn't all that confusing - and thats coming from a guy who is easily confused. I have never used Poker Office, so I cannot comment on whats "better", but PT is the common standard.
I would try the PT forums for some help (just search around the threads, plus they have a getting started thread) and if that doesn't help, I'm sure you could PM one of our more knowledgeable gurus here and they could help you out. Trust me, it is well worth your time for the improvement you'll see in your game. |

yea clicking 3 times can be soo hard! since you wont pay for either it dosent really matter does it? your demo will end on pokeroffice also and you will be done with that since like you said there not worth paying for. And if you do pay for pokeroffice over pokertracker well thats just damn silly to pay $80 a year for something over something that costs $50 one time. |

Im pretty sure when he says he doesnt pay for them, he means he downloads the trial and then downloads a crack or a key generator so he can get the full version for free. You can find cracks and keygens for almost any software that has a trial version on the internet if you know where to look

Take it easy, Stormy.
1) He said PokerOffice is easier for him to understand. Some people have a hard time interpreting PT stats. Sure, it's easy to install. But it took me about a month of research & study to really get the hang of PT and I'd consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to those kinds of things. I know a few others who own PT and will probably never get to use its full potential because its complexity is tough for them. I've never tried PokerOffice, but I know there are fans out there. Just like there are Firefox fans who don't use IE. 2) If he wants to rip off PokerOffice, there's not much you can do. It's not worth the stress to try to talk some sense into him or anyone else. He's not too smart for saying it here, but there's plenty of others who do it without saying it. You can't police them all. I paid for my PT and I'm proud of it. Being honest makes people like you and me feel pretty good. Let's just hope this guy comes around on his own so he can feel the same way. |
