I don't know that the news is great (but it's definitely not bad). The way I understand it is that all this does is make the existing law toothless because banks cannot be prosecuted. It didn't invalidate the law, it only stripped out the penalties.

Right. It's possible that Neteller and other banks/payment services would still shy away from any gambling-related tranactions since it's all so sketchy. But I hope not. Perhaps this will at least give the non-US poker sites more courage to accept us again.

not sure why u would want to use netteller, I believe they charge a fee for the service. Writing an echeck is free and you don't even have to actually write a check.

Neteller was never Free they charged 9% to load $'s from your bank -- there was no charge for transfers to poker sites once you loaded your neteller acct.!!! & nothing is FREE

Buck is such a good player that he probably only loaded his account once or twice and forgot about the fee. He probably made mostly transfers and withdrawals because he's so awesome.

actually your rite Mr. Stick, i only loaded it with $ 40. one time,, the first time, didnt need to after that,, but i dont remember any charge or fee, that was 2 1/2 years ago, my memory dont go that far back,lol i still wish neteller was back for us USA Players...
