The Neteller Security Validation Phone Call?

I recently made my first deposit into Neteller. I received an email stating that I will be receiving a validation phone call. Anyone knows what this process is like? I'd like to be prepared. Thanks!

They just call you and ask you for your name and address and stuff, iirc.

It's not really anything you need to be 'prepared for' unless you have a habit of forgetting your own name.

It's been a while but I don't remember it being any big deal. Just some security questions if I remember correctly.
