I love this.. I have been doing the same thing since late this summer. I started with $10 too!

Only, I am twice as tight bankroll wise as he is being aggressive. I have a feeling that even with my head start hw is gonna beat me to 100k. I've not yet busted though.. I wonder if he will playing only 500BB deep in his BR.

I started the "Furg" challenge this year. I play freerolls on all of the sites, but winning cash on pokerstars is tuff. It'll be awhile before I make it to the .01-.02 tables. Does pokerstars give any notice as to when he'll play?

Anyone who is watching him - what style is he playing on the micros? Did he just tighten up and play garden variety TAG like the books reccommend or does his game not change irregardless and he is playing his trademark smallball poker ?

Also, does he tend to buyin at the max or mid max or start with shortstack min as some reccomend ?

I watched Daniel for about 1 hour one night last week. I got on the waiting list and was down to 12th in line when Daniel busted out and left. He was very cordial to the other players. But as previously noted, the chat box was a zoo. Several observers were horribly rude toward Daniel, even vulgar. Of course, Daniel had the observer chat feature turned off. But, their conduct was still inexcusable.

That is one of the most bogglesome things I have read recently.

1. $25 is NOT REALLY MUCH to go to play the next level with. Many are arguing it's suicidal. He might be fine down here... but 500BB is kinda thin past 10nl I think.

2. I can make $25 at 01/02 in just a few days pretty regularly. It should be easy for him too.

3. Donks = easier game... not harder. Why do people not understand this?

Why do people think moving up at 25 is suicidal? 500 BB should be plenty against noobs?

I think people assume that it may be fine @ 2nl -10nl. But at a certain point 5 buyins is just too easily beaten by chance.

Is this not obvious?

It's a challenge only to access his table, and after it is another one to survive against him ... LOL.
