need help about epass and wirecard

I registered I wirecard and deposite some money in, thought it will work @ fulltilt but now it seams like no way to use it.

Yesterday I tried to use that deposit to EPASSPORTE....and it does work....

No more than 1 min I got the pending charge. but the charge show by wirecard did not work...then I found at wirecard it is EUR not USD(cos I am from EU) then I tired again...wrong again....seams like there is a fee contained in the amount.

I asked the service support by email...but got no reply from both Wirecard and EPASSPORTE

Does anyone know anything about my situation? Need your help.

You'll wait for virtual ever to hear from ePassporte. Go to their website, call their internarional #, and ask yer question in person. You can get through on this #, unlike the US #.

When you call be prepared to be pull on hold for a long time. I too am waiting for an email response from them.
