Tip:
The online poker rooms aren't going anywhere. They have their doors open 7 days week all day and night. So if you blow 200 bucks in an hour, there's no reason you need to get that 200 back as soon as possible. This was my 1st losing day in a while, but the silver lining for me was I let it go and thought of the above concept. Stars and Full tilt will be open tomorrow, the day after that, and the day after that etc |

I always put a time/money limit on my play and quit when it's time (unless I'm winning) or have lost my at risk money. Management seems to be very important in building your BR. You can lose it quickly but it takes time to accumulate.

I will usually quit for the day if I lose 3 sit and go's in a row. At the very least, I'll take some time to see if I am playing bad or just unlucky. Then I'll go run errands or do something for about an hour before starting up again.
