My Pokerstars Account Got HACKED!

okay so heres the story... Last night I tried to log into my account and it said that someone else is already logged into this account already from another computer. I am the only one who knows my pokerstars info, I have only played on one computer(mine) and I live alone. So i just gave up on it last night thinking it's a glitch in the system. So this morning I tried to log in and now it tells me that my password is invalid. I then tried to retrieve my password and it tells me that the info I put in doesn't match the info on my account so my password has not been sent to my email. Pokerstars says they answer emails 24/7 yet they never answered the email that I sent last night and they still haven't answered my 2 emails that I sent today. It seems very clear to me that someone has hacked my account, stole my password, dumped all the money to another account and then changed all my info including my password so I can't get a record of anything that happened. What should i do?

As far as I know Stars only has email support. You are just gonna have to keep trying to get in touch with them. If they take forever to get back to you that means your issue has been forwarded to someone higher up. BTW THAT FRIGIN SUCKS MAN!!! I knew it was just a matter of time before that kinda crap started hopefully you can get it squared with Stars. Although I seriously doubt they will ever admit that someone comprimised their security! Anyways please let me know how it all works ou for you!
