My KK losing this way.....

Ok so im playing over at Fulltilt on their freeroll. We are down to the last 45-50 people are so in the tournament. I am dealt pocket Kings. I am first to act, I just simply raise the minimum bet. Actio goes around the table with everyone folding but the big blind. Flop comes 2d, 7d, 3c. I bet and quickly get called by an all-in bet. I look thinking maybe 2 pair or a possible draw of some sorts at this point. I call, making the pot around $45,000. He shows 10h-6h Im thinking i have this bad boy won easily. What happens next? The turn brings the 10 and River brings the 6!! So i kind of go off a little just asking for any explanation of why he bet the way he did. His answer......"I was protecting my blind!!"

You know, i actually expect play like this in the early going of a tournament, with the Donks and bad beats. But to be this deep in and someone make a play like that totally baffles me!

I'm as speechless as you must have been....................
