| A very frustrating situation indeed. Both FT and the DOG are to blame. DOG has ruined FT with their dumb laws yet FT should have never touched player funds in the first place. Are howard and Chris the monsters we are making them out to be or were they just foolish. In their defense they always honored player deposits prior to Black Friday, but still taking players money was a real dumb and greedy move when they were already rolling in the cash. Are Howard and Chris outright criminals/fraudsters? and do they deserve to go to jail that is the biggest question I have or were they just negligent? If they were negligent, losing the money and company is enough punishment no? Maybe I just want to believe in these guys too much I don't know.... |

| re: MUST READ: L.A. Times, Full Tilt a Ponzi scheme poker From what Ive been reading on this subject,Lederer,Bitar,Furst, and Ferguson all knew this was happening.Whoever was on the board members and directors all knew about the ponzi scheme. They also knew Fulltilt was in financial trouble back in March, way before black friday. So,yes, they are in a world of sht,and going to have fun trying to prove they did not know..... |

| I personally hope they all go to Jail to be honest, I mean it's not right to do what they did to there customers+they already had money....I mean it might seem harsh but I don't see another way to Deter these sorts of Crimes (I'm speaking like 10+Years, Prison Terms)...Also I'd like them to Have to Pay some sort of Restitution so it would be just as Painful to them to have to be Robbed for your funds as they Robbed others of theres |

Ah, the media loves to sensationalize everything. They've never heard of BRM, so to them you're just one roll of the dice away from homelessness! (Even if there are no dice in cards.) |
