moving up?

I am currently playing 6max 20NL and $10sngs at Titan.

My bankroll was about $1100 the other day and i decided to take a shot at 50NL and it didnt go to well. Lost almost 3 buy ins in less than 2hrs due to a bad run of cards and also from tilting.

I decided it to go back to 20NL and was still on tilt and lost some more cash.
Bankroll is back to $950 so im not ready to move up mentally yet. But how many buy-ins should i have before taking a shot??

There was a much better standard of play at 50NL than 20NL. Has anyone made a move up recently?
Has it changed your play?
any advice?
