Mostly a dumb question . . . Sometimes I choose to completely damage my chances of winning by dividing my attention between two tables . . . . . . . . I often notice that my cards on one table seem to often hit . . . on the other table. Has anyone else noticed this?? Like I said, it's mostly a dumb question.

I totally agree with this...if only I could swop cards....or tables! I also find that if I've got AQ of AK and I dont hit the board and end up having to fold that the next hand the flop will be AQA or AKA..and I will be holding the "poo" that hit the board the previous hand....murphy is sooo mean!!!!!!

re: Mostly a dumb question . . . poker by splitting your attention to two different tables you are not dammaging your chances you actually multiplying them. but the thing that i fail in, is adjusting my game to the different stacks i have in each game ,and by doing that demmaging my own style. but i know some people who can devide their attention to three even four games at once... any advice on how to devide my attention?

re: Mostly a dumb question . . . poker Boredom is a major problem in most online play at one time I was playing 4 to 6 tables at once this caused a multitude of problems with my bankroll... I have found other things to do other than open other tables and start throwing my bankroll at the other players I mess with music or some other thing to keep me occupied... I play pretty tight these days and dont see as many hands... Also I cut down on my time playing I found that I was playing so much that I was bored with the whole thing anyway...

If you seem to have trouble keeping track of opponents when playing multiple tables, getting some poker tracking software might make it a bit easier. Also, remember that you do have a timer and you are welcome to use it. take a few seconds and think before each play instead of just going on your gut. Keep practising and you will get better at multi tabling

re: Mostly a dumb question . . . poker It's a mere coincedence..... If you play more than one table over a long period of time this must happen sometime. It would be more suspicious if it didn't happen...... Selective memory makes you notice and remember it - the brain is constantly searching for patterns...here you seemingly found one.

haha, ya, I've seen this in action. But I can't say I think much past "if only..." I mean, if you don't have the hand that matches the flop as your hand right now, of course there is a higher chance of those cards hitting in the flop... theres more out there (including the ones you have at the other table)

wow, you guys are crazy with your multitabling... i haven't tried more than 4, but i usually only play 2 or 3. i've seen this situation before tons of times though, where my cards hit the flop of another table. it is kinda funny, and i wish i could trade hands, but eventually i'll get a great hand to hit.
