I use two 22'' 1650x1080 monitors at work and one 24'' 1920x1200 monitor at home. I guess both configurations are about the same price, although you need a graphics card with dual outputs for the first 22'' solution.
It's pretty clear that you will fit in more tables on the two 22'', but your eyes will need to travel too much from one to the other and it will end up very tiring. I do prefer the 24'' solution. Side note: I'm considering plugging in an old 17'' monitor next to the 24'' for pokertracker. |

Then if you really want to be a pro, you need a 30'' 2560x1600 monitor. Dell has one for a meager $1200 right now. But you very likely also need to buy a new graphics card to handle it.
