In a recent bluff magazine article, Mike Caro put out a preflop starting hand chart. He mentioned that the starting hand chart was derived his precise rankings for all 169 hold ’em starting hands. Apparently these were published 1994 in his Pro Poker newsletter. Been looking around for this but unable to find anything online. Does anybody know if these are out there?
