| Is this a loophole in WA illegal internet pkr law? Being that internet poker is illegal in Washington.....what if I took my laptop, with all my info in it from NJ when I went to Washington, Would I be able to play in Washington that way, or would I get caught? Would I still be able to log in? |

| nope cant play. I live across the river in Portland Oregon and cant even play at Starbucks wifi in Portland Oregon. Some how it must be based in Seattle Washington or something because i can go to Mcdonalds and use the Wifi there and they are 1 block away and both ATT wifi. |

| I play on Cake now and then and haven't had any problems. My account is registered in Oregon but I live (and log in from obviously) from northern WA and can play. This isn't PokerStars though (or FT for that matter) so... |
