hey seafooddaddy, pre paid visas DO WORK on bodog and pokerstars for sure.

You have to get the gift2go visa cards NOT GREENDOT VISAS!!!! Very important there.

I have found that Walgreens has tons of gift2go visa cards. Good luck!

My usual method of deposit is messed up

I go to the window to get my deposit info for Western Union and this comes up, and I had donked off my remaining $5 last night with the thought I would deposit today .
Looks like I'll try another method tomorrow, maybe pre-paid Visa.

thanks for the info. I have a problem with visa credit cards paying places like netteller. being a US citizen the government is making it difficult to make deposit even to sites that still take us. any more suggestions would be most appreciated

So has anyone used this prepaid visa card yet? and if so what sites accept them and what are the limits if anyone knows. It's time for a deposit and am confused on how to do it as most e-wallets aren't accepting new customers. I am interested in this gift2go card if anyone knows please reply here and if you use it at pokersite do you just use the visa logo one to deposit like using credit card?

Thanks

Starting on Thursday, U.S. players will be able to use Wirecard - I'm guessing a few more options are going to become available to us very soon.

Just a heads up if you looking to use prepaid visas to deposit funds at stars, I just purchased a prepaid visa and they actually do work, and was approved in seconds, the card I purchased is called: Visa all-access gift card, so if you need an option to deposit this might just be what you're looking for, I purchased mines at Safeway stores and for a 50.00 card there is a 4.95 activation charge added on to the 50.00 but I think its well worth it since all this mess with other deposit options, anyway check it out if you need it and enjoy playing again

If you use the gift2go on bodog, make sure you dont throw it out or anything because you still have to send in the credit card verification information. I thought youwouldnt have to since its a gift card but apparently you do so...

because to withdraw any of that money, they need a credit card verification agreement which includes a photocopy of your card.

i read somewhere on here that netteller will accept phone cards as cash and then you can transfer the money onto bodog. not sure if it's true or not, i havn't tried it, but someone should know something about this on here.

I just started at Bodog. I used a deposit method called NuCharge. It is an online prepaid phone card that you can also use the money as ecash to deposit. I put 100 bucks in a nucharge account and then deposited into bodog right away. It worked great and took 5 minutes to do everything. Nucharge had a 3% charge.

I just got an email from fulltilt regarding a new deposit option they are using called 'MyWebATM' which as far as i can tell works the same way as netteller did. Personally i can't imagine how it will last for very long when they shut down all these other services, but it may work for awhile at least, so enjoy it while it lasts

You can find info and discussion about MyWebATM in this thread: MyWebATM - New Depositing method?

I'm with you Nate. I'm a little confused as to how these other banks are supposed to go untouched, when Neteller was also an offshore bank...it's a bit like a waiting game really...how long will they last?
