sry it was suited but i guess it wouldnt be anythign unless it happened to you , I dont see how IM wrong or since I raised a lot thats why he called.......if i raised even more does that not juistify it, or if I raised 3 X BB then he would have folded, your statement makes no sense Vanq

lol stop crying. i didn't say you were _wrong_ i offered you advice on how to play the hand better.

you make no sense because you're being results oriented.
what you're saying is like saying "well if i raised 10x BB with JT and guy called with J3 and flop came JJT and i won his stack was i not right to raise that much?"

the point is your 7x BB raise worked because the other guy was an idiot, but you want to balance your raises towards something reasonable (like 3x, 4x, or 3x+1 for every limper, etc) esp against unknowns. when you play more 25max and up, you'll see why raising 7x from UTG with AA is not as profitable as raising to a smaller (more standard) amount.

i would say its reasonable to say that you play more tournaments than cash games. thus it is important for you to learn how to adapt to cash game play (protecting equity less, balancing ranges + maximizing value more)

are you new to cash games KC??

Since you aren't sitting down with the max which is a bad start

But you will also see a lot of this play, people calling with suited connectors/gapers all due to implied odds. Although above is a bad example since you are both shortstacked, but with deeper stacks, you need to become customed to people calling with hands like these

I just post some things in the general for more views, you see vanq you may not have been able to give me advice if it wasnt here, you may not have seen it.

So...After taking a look at a very nice graph on your blog. Let me get this straight. You're complaining about two bad hands? Suck it up kid. This ain't tiddlywinks.
