Longest Single Session (online)

What is the longest single session any of you have played online in one sitting? Meaning the only time you "sat out next hand" was to use the restroom or grab food to bring back to your computer to keep playing.

For me, probably 2 or 3 hours. Which I would imagine is a pretty short session for some on here?

6 hours of 6 tabling PLO trying to get unstuck. Did not end well.

around 4 hours is all I can take, and by the third hour I am already looking for other tings to do. Live, I can play for much longer and enjoy it much more than online.

Funny I was just thinking about this. I used to put in 8-10 hour nights regularly when I was grindifying the 2NL and 5NL trying to get down how to play NL, and making my BR from my initial $50 deposit. Now I'm such a pathetic slacker that I drop off after 1-3 hour spots playing higher limits where I should be more motivated by increased earnings. Live I think around 18 hours is the most I've done, but 12ish is super standard. Hopefully typing this out will serve as a wakeup call and get me making money instead of mopily bleeding it.

lol....I have a laptop, so you could just imagine - I take it with me everywhere during long sessions - literally, lol.....on the toilet, eating, drinking, etc...lol...so I could easily say my longest session - has been at least 16 - 18 hours, probably more and on more than one occasion.

Once during a hangover day I played one table of Stud for ten and a half hours straight Ended up loosing two dollars, lol

wow what a question. i played a 5 hr tourny once and had a couple of sng's before it started so roughly 7hrs for me

i think i went on a 16 hour session at least but i never really timed it came out broke tho i think i only started with like $4 i started from a free roll and my highest part in the whole time was $20 when i came out i felt so weird

Yeah I am on the laptop playing Poker or reading about poker alllll day for the last 3 months. And I still lose lol. I win then alot of times than lose when i have been plaing for more than 12 hours, so I have stopped doing that. I have definity played for 16 hours before.

Online probaly 12+hours.Live probaly 30+hours i was in the card room playing when katrina hit florida.They said it was going to die off then next day it was a cat 5 an i was still playing.Got tired of my wife bitching at me cut off my phone around 20 hours or so.She finally drove there to get me (2hour drive) i was stupling drunk an tired.On the bright sight left like 2500 up.

Hmmm.Hard to say I think about 6 hours ! Two freerolls.And I cashed in both of them 30$+10$...This was my first $ won in poker.Woohoo What a session was for me ! I will never forget it...

Oh, I forgot to mention live - over the summer, on my birthday weekend I went to my homebase casino at 6 pm on a Friday and played until about 10 am Sunday...yeah - along with plenty of mixed drinks, a few tilt rampages, etc...lol...they ended up comping me a room on Sunday - went back on Monday, sober and regained about $500 of the $700 I had lost during my drunken, birthday marathon. lol

My longest was probably like 4-5 hours. I start to get bored after about 4 hours, so I think that's why I typically start to lose in the late stages of MTTs...

36 hours at a live 1/2 NL game. I turned off my phone... lol. The casino started paging me as my roommate was trying to figure out where I was. I saw him come in and look for me once when I got up to use the restroom. He didn't find me. Started that session up about $500, dumped $2k, then broke even then switched limits. Was sitting at the Bike's $80 buy-in NL cash game a day and a half later, roommate comes up and plays a few hands. While he was sitting there I stacked 5 players in 3 orbits.

Left up about $500, slept for 6 hours, and headed back.

Are you people kidding? 30-36 hours!! That's CRAZY! Doesn't your seat hurt after a while?!

While I have not done it (yet), I could easily see a 12-16 hour session. That would be roughly 9am - 1am.
