I've been considering making this post for a couple weeks, and I think right now is the ideal time.

Over a year and a half ago, there were many top players who put multiple accounts in the big Party Poker tournaments. It was sketchy. It was clearly at best "treading on a gray line", as I believe Shaniac put it in the big p5s thread on this topic when it first arose.

Well, there is no longer a grey line. There is no excuse. Multi-accounting tournaments is cheating! The sites have all specifically stated that this is cheating. Examples have been made and hundreds of thousands of dollars have been taken from people, accounts banned and more, to make it clear that this is cheating.

I may not be the best person to post this, as it is somewhat hypocritical of me. I'm friends with many who have gotten in trouble in the past for multi-accounting. I've had financial stakes in people who were multi-accounting. I've bought peoples seats deep in tournaments (that I hadn't entered on my account of course) and won. Was this at least mildly unfair? Absolutely. Was it against the rules at the time? No, it definitely was not. I will be completely honest: If entering an MTT on multiple accounts was not prohibited by the sites in their TOCs, there is a decent chance I would be doing it in the big field tournaments right now. I know that I would never play 2 accounts at one table, but who knows whether these other guys would? I don't trust them not to, and I know of a few who have in the past. Every $1k tournament I enter is a few thousand dollars expectation, and I would love to greatly increase my chances at a big win in every major tournament. I'm not one to pass on a big advantage- but that advantage has to be within the rules. Multi-accounting is clearly not within the rules, and I am not going to sit here while I grind a living playing poker while others around me cheat and gain an unfair advantage while hurting my expectation, and do nothing.

I don't ever want to be deep in a tournament again and be up against some top pro who played three accounts and not know its them. And lets face it- they aren't quiet about this, and lots of people know who they are. There is absolutely no reason for the poker community to put up with this. I've gotten deep in massive online MTTs with hundreds of thousands for first and never taken one down once. I'm not going to stand for others having multiple shots and then bragging in my face about how much money they are winning.

That's it. You know who you are, I know who you are, and if you really have the nerve to keep doing this crap out of greed and disrespect for the rules, then you better at least not tell one [censored] person, because you are putting a lot of faith in your peers right now, and not all of them are as considerate and discreet as I am.

A lot to write about...
I never really wanted to post any of the shady shit that neverwin has done to me because I actually thought that if I tried to be his friend I might have a chance to get my money from him eventually. After tonight, I dont care about the money anymore, its time for another bloodbath...
Everyone always warned me that Dustin is a scumbag, but he always seemed nice anyway, he is very charming, friendly, and manipulative. Anyway, after I won the tournament I let him play benyamine at 1k/2k on my Full Tilt Poker account and took half of his action, he lost 100k, basically freerolled me as that 50k was the beginning of his debt with me that it has taken him forever to start to work down. After that I randomly lent him like 10k at a time, expecting that when I saw him he would pay everything back.
By the Niagara tournament he owed me around 70-80k, we flew out together, I stayed with bobby, he stayed with chantel. They both kept busting their accounts and kept asking me to send them more, eventually I cut them off, chantel went psycho on me when I told her I wouldnt loan he any more money, and dustin told me that she had no intention of paying me back, as a favor, he added the 16k that she owed me to his debt, I sent him another 4, and that put us at an even 100k.
I got deep in the tournament and they disappeared. I had opened a new Ultimatebet account in chantels name and email during the festa al lago called nutjuggler because newsketch wasnt getting any action, this was back in the day when I actually used to play good. She didnt have the password to the account, but after she went psycho on me, I got a little bit worried and decided to go ahead and move all of my money out of it as I hadnt used it in a week or so.
I tried to log on one morning and the password was changed. I had the password to her email, so I checked it and in the deleted messages folder there were 3 emails to Ultimatebet asking for a temporary password. Now I freaked out and tried to call both her and dustin. Eventually she called me back and gave me a bunch of bullshit before I even mentioned anything about how all her accounts got hacked and she thought it was her ex, dustin sitar. She also said that she was home and denied that she went to Chicago with dustin which is where she was. I called her out and accused her of stealing my money.
Bobby told me that dustin has been known to hack into other peoples account a few times in the past so he called dustin and threatened him that we would go to the police. I got pissed at bobby for that because its pretty much against all my morals to involve police in anything, but it worked and he got scared. Chantel sent me a text and said dustin figured it out and hes going to call me.
I called him and he couldnt bring himself to tell me what he did over the phone, so he got on aim and told me that chantel had nothing to do with it, he had lost a quarter mil on Full Tilt Poker and was in a frenzy, so he hacked my account and busted my 41k, he thought he could get it back before I noticed. I was pissed, but I knew he was a sick animal, so I just added it to the debt and got over it. I apologized to chantel for accusing her and later found out she had as much to do with it as he did.
Anyway, some time went on and we were ok again, I let him play my Full Tilt Poker account to work off some debt and he busted it for another 18k, putting us at 159, then he had a piece of me when I moved up to 1k/2k when I was crushing iwanturmoney at 5/10, and I lost around 100ish there putting us around 165ish or so at the peak of what he owed me.
He slowly paid back like 5k or so at a time as he ran up, I believe he owed me around 130k or o by the time the lapc came around. This is when he really started getting shady. I went to borgata for the winter open and I saw a new account called the punter sitting at the 5/10 on stars, Iwanturmoney started playing him and they moved up to 1/2. The punter crushed him for like 400k, and I was really disappointed because I didnt have enough money online to play, and I did not was to see him lose all my money back to some random account.
Dustin cant help himself but brag when he has a big win, even when its in his best interest to keep it a secret. He told me it was him and that he could pay me in full as soon as he cashed it out, he made up some kind of bullshit as to why he couldnt just send it from the punter.
I got back to la and the bullshit continued, he won a million online in January, but he said he had to wait 11 days or something for the check from pokerstars to clear. He definitely had access to all of the money and he lost it over a few weeks at commerce. He told durrr the same thing and I later found out that he paid everyone back that he owed except for me, durrr, hoss, and devon. Since then he has told me several times that he really has no intention of paying durrr or hoss, or at least that they are the absolute last priorities.
Dustin pays people back that dont already know hes a scumbag first because he thinks there is a chance that he can borrow from them in the future, when he realizes that he has no chance of getting put into action from someone who realizes how shady he is, they usually dont get paid until he somehow can pump up huge.
Toward the end of the lapc was the first time in my professional poker career that I was actually hurting for money. I had over half a million owed to me and was stuck easily half a million for the year. I was in a frenzy for a number of reasons and definately playing the worst I had ever played.
Whenever dustin borrowed form me, he always said, no matter what happened he would never let me go broke, even after he paid me back, if he was in action, I would be in action. I finally went broke, he owed me a lot, and had money to pay me, but I couldnt get anything from him.
He somehow came up with money to lose every day at commerce, when he went broke, he admitted to me that he had access to the money the whole time and was lying to everyone. He said it was because he was on pills and he was going to try to sober up and paying people back would become his priority. I forgave him and we were cool again.
He actually believes that when hes on opiates he plays better, anyone who played with him at commerce around this time can tell you thats not true, he would do shit like limp the 72o UTG because he felt like he was so good, he could outplay everyone after the flop and show a profit with it. His pill popping has only gotten worse.
Anyway, some time went on and crazy ass brandi called me out of nowhere to tell me that dustin told her he had no intention of paying me and she wanted to help me, I already posted most of the details about that on NWP a while back and dont really feel like typing it all back up again, but basically, we were not cool for a while, and then we were cool again when we realized that shes ****ing psycho.
More time goes on and he paid off little bits at a time, usually only when I showed up at his house or really went out of my way to hound him for it. By the world series he had the debt down to about 110k.
Just before the series, we played Joe Cassidy for around 20 hours, dustin had half of the action and we were very close to clearing his whole figure with me, but we ended up playing too long and losing.
There is an easy way to tell if dustin has money or if hes broke, when hes broke, he answers his phone. That was one of our big issues during the lapc, he never answered my calls when he had money. Same situation during the series, but now I just randomly started showing up at his house whenever I saw him playing online and usually was able to get something small like 5k or so from him when I did.
He always has more money than he lets on, and he plays on several accounts so people dont know he has it. One day the brageous account was playing, I texted dustin asking if he could send me money, and he was in a tournament, he went in a total frenzy because it was caddy playing and he did not want that account to be seen playing as big as caddy was playing with it.
A few weeks ago, a new account showed up, becked. Becked beat me out of around 100k and busted me, I later found out from a very reliable source that it was caddys account, caddy was playing at the time and he was staying with dustin, so it didnt really take much logic to figure out who it was. I asked dustin about it and he completely denied any knowledge of the account. He also said he was completely broke and couldnt pay me anything, yet somehow he always came up with money to play.
A couple days later, a friend told me that he saw neverwin try to play someone and they sat out, literally less than a minute later becked sat down to play them. I decided to pull a sneak attack and show up at dustins house without calling. I had my friend watch pokerstars for me and he told me that the second I knocked on dustins door, the becked account logged off. He was sitting at his computer when I knocked, he still completely denied everything, and showed me that he had 12k in neverwin and he sent me 5.
Dustin is a very convincing liar, and other than extreme coincidences, I didnt have any solid proof that it was him, so I couldnt really call him out on it yet and I let it go for a little while.
I continued to randomly show up at his house every couple days, but wasnt making much progress in collecting, but at least he started answering when I called more often for a couple weeks or so. I lost a 5k last longer and a 10k bowling match with him, so now the debt was down to 70k
A couple of days ago, shit blew up again. I saw him run 4k up to 25 and I tried to call him, he didnt answer, I called jennicide because I knew she was at his house and she tried to talk to him for me, but he refused to send anything. He said he would send when he finished playing if he ran it up a lot. He says that a lot and usually he somehow ends up magically "busting" his account so I wanted to get my money while I knew he had it.
I went to his house and he didnt answer the door. I had my friend ship me 2k so I could sit in his game and I started talking to him nonstop and doing whatever I could to tilt him until he would call me. He ignored me for a while and eventually we got in a little argument in the chat and I still got nothing from him.
The next day a friend called me to tell me that he was at the bellagio with money. I went downstairs and he was playing 4/8 BT with about 20k in front of him. He said joe put him in, but I find it highly unlikely that joe would put him in that game, either way, I couldnt get him to pay me anything.
Every day I hear from everyone about how dustin brags to them about how well hes been doing and that he plays on accounts noone knows about, but when I talk to him, every time he says hes broke. Ive heard from some reliable sources that he definitely has a lot more money than he lets on and also that he definitely was becked. I know a few more stories of other people he has ****ed over and consistently lied to, but im not here to post other peoples business.
Ive also heard from a few sources that he is not happy with how I am handling things with the money that he owes me, therefore hes not going to pay me. I tried to take the passive route in the lapc and I got nothing, I really dont have much choice dealing with dustin.
Anyway, on to today. The last 2 days ive tried to call him very frequently and he never answered, ive been to lazy to keep showing up at his house and that hadnt been accomplishing anything recently anyway. I heard he was playing today, so I decided to go tilt him at the rio. My goal right now is to bother him and frenzy him as much as possible until he pays me back so that I become a priority.
So I showed up at the rio right around a break. I asked him why he hadnt been answering my calls and he made up some bullshit. He said he was irritated and wanted me to leave him alone, this was the only place I knew to get in touch with him, so that was not an option. He walked away very fast and I followed him. He went into the bathroom and I waited outside for like 20 minutes and he somehow got out without me seeing him and he texted me that he wanted to be left alone.
We went back and forth texting for a minute, and I told him he can do one of three things and I would leave him alone for 1 day. He could come up with 10k, let me play on one of his mystery accounts, or he could give me the password to neverwin so that even if he was broke, I could see his transfer history. He didnt respond, and I take the fact that he would not take the easy route of letting me see the transfer history of neverwin as an admission of guilt to him being becked.
I went back and sweated him for the rest of the tournament. I called his name loud enough that his whole table could hear, and a guy told him that I was trying to call him, he didnt turn his head. He just kept ignoring me and then he called the floor on me, I told the floor guy, im sorry, but this scumbag owes me a lot of money and I cant get in touch with him anywhere but here, no im not going anywhere. He said as long as I did not talk I could stay.
When the tournament was over, dustin ran to valet and would not say a word to me. I followed him all the way down and he got in his car and drove off. I went to his house and knocked on his door. He looked right at me, grabbed his phone and walked upstairs. I rang his doorbell nonstop for a few minutes while he was looking at me through his bedroom window but still completely ignoring me. His neighborhood security came and told me that he had called them and made me leave.
I tried to call him again, no answer, I sent him a text saying that my next blog would be a good one, he responded, "u want war, bring it" I said ok its on, and then he responded, "if u post anything u wont get anything...if u dont post ill have it on Sunday up to u" I also threatened to show some very incriminating texts that he sent to jennicide very recently to his new Milwaukees best light girl.
Anyway, he has until Sunday at noon to pay me in full, if you are reading this, I did not get paid.
As I was writing this, I got a call from one of his friends who said that dustin is trying to work on getting me barred from harrahs properties. I really hope he does, with all the bad publicity harrahs already has for barring the guy who won too much, I will bring a shitstorm down them using all my 2+2 and media resources and the simple fact that my friends have respect for me and know that I am one of the most honest people in this business.
He also asked me to make a deal with dustin, but I told him if he wanted to negotiate with me, he needed to call me himself, as he refused to talk to me at all, still did not answer my calls or return my texts.
Anyway this was a bitch to write up, I am not going to move here, I am tired of being lied to and ****ed over by people who are supposed to be my friends, the money really doesnt matter that much to me, I almost hope he doesnt pay so I can post it. The very small percentage of the poker world that doesnt already know that dustin is a true scumbag needs to. None of his friends have any respect for him already, soon he will be alone and miserable, and eventually he is probably going to **** over the wrong person and get killed.
Update: this was written the early morning of the 7th, later in the evening I received texts from dustin, he finally is willing to respond a day later, now hes trying to act like hes nice and innocent and I am the bad guy and that he plans to pay me eventually, I know for a fact he was awake and trying to get in touch with people about getting me barred from harrahs last night while I was trying to get in touch with him. I also know that in the 2 days or so before everything blew up, he told at least a couple people that he was not happy with how aggressive I was being in collecting and did not intend to pay me. I tried to let him pay as he could and I kept getting ****ed, I really dont have any other choice. I know he has money, or if he doesnt, in the past 2 weeks he had enough at several times to pay me in full and be fine. I told him I am not willing to move and I have been lied to too many times to believe any more of his bullshit, and the shit that he pulled yesterday is absolutely inexcusable. He has till noon tomorrow to pay me or work something out with me, thats it.
Update 2: just tried to call him to give him one last chance to make things right, no answer, time to post, I also plan to get some other really good stuff up in the next few days as well, but im not going to spoil the surprise just yet.

and then of course you have the whole Vinny Vinh drama and Justin Bonomo and hmmm lemme see who else Mike Matusow (even though I love Mikey he is a degen lol) Stu Ungar obv, Oh yea then there was the David Williams porn video ahaha...hmm who else...Jamie Gold turned out to be a douche', Dutch Boyd (yes he would drink his own pee lol) Oh lets not forget Brandi Hawbaker and Chantel Mc Nulty my God the list is endless

I could go on and on but it sure seems like most people that get into the whole poker 'scene' full steam ahead turn out to be lowlifes and liars and rip off artists. Now we have a TOP online player basically saying that he knows a ton of the top players are multi accounting lol thats nice...not exactly confidence inspiring...when I read crap like this it makes me wanna give up poker altogether....at least until the next deposit

whoa whoa whoa, Justin is not even close to a low life. He is actully a stand up guy and felt really bad about mulit-accounting, he even offered to play some for charity on pokerstars to try to get his good name back. He lost a lot of money through that whole thing, he paid his dues so give him a break. AND he is a amazing poker player, made wsop final table this year and countless other final tables.

I wasn't singling him out Storm, I was just including his 'scandal' in a long list of shady activity in the poker world. No doubt he is a talented player, but he did intentionally exploit an unfair advantage. At least he did come clean, but Justin's story is old news anyway. Seems that according to Action Jeff, this type of thing is still going on.

FACT - Compulsive gamblers, are compulsive liars.
This is only the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to cheating online. Collusion, multi accounting, etc. a serious issue for online players.

No amount of money is ever enough for compulsive and well known gamblers. Post's like this one add credence to what authors like Varrone have to say about online poker.

In addition to what I just said above, these are the same people, (pros) that are writing and telling us about their mathematical outcomes, based on one of many theory's to use when playing online. Then on the other hand are nothing more then the low life crooks that are the ones stealing our money cheating online. One could only imagine what goes on during these big live cash games.

Sounds like too much money too early in life syndrome...

Where is that Newhouse blog? Reading that in that format made my heade explode and that post kinda caught me like a bad soap opera.
