This is a draw-heavy board and you have to do something to protect your hand since everybody limped PF - they can very likely be on a draw.

If the river missed your opponent, you probably can't extract any more chips from him. Reraise on the turn (go all-in, and you will usually get called from somebody who bets the pot on the flop and turn) and go broke if you get unlucky like here.

Agreed. I'm really starting to wonder if you ever win a hand.

I'm not a great poker player by any means, but even I can see a some problems in your over-all play by looking over all the hand histories you've posted here.

1-You play garbage before the flop, often calling the blind or even a raise with nothing. Yes you hit the flop, but anyone else playing slightly less garbage could have too.

2-When you hit your hand on the flop (like when you flop trips) you check - even if the board is draw heavy. Letting player take a free card on a draw heavy board is crazy.

3- After the river card comes and you can see that the draw has been completed, you pay off your opponent every time. Trips is a great hand, but if there's a good straight or flush draw out there you're probably beat and you should fold and cut your losses.
