| Local casino, what would someone be charged with? Alright, so I know the assistant director of a local casino. I was telling her my story about a bad night I had at the Isle of Capri. I was minding my own business playing electronic five card, and all the sudden!!! Some 250lb jerk comes up and asks if he can use my casino card to pull more money out of the atm. He and his girlfriend blew one thousand in less than an hour. Missouri state law only allows you to lose up to $500 an hour. Anyways, this dude would not leave me alone. It was worse than the pro rail table at Full Tilt. I told him to F*** off I can't even remember how many times. I finally lost him when I took off to the lobby. So my director friend said if I did helped them and if the camera's caught it. All of us would have been expelled from the casino, and possibly jail. Does anyone know what the charges would have been? |

| re: Local casino, what would someone be charged with? poker Yeah, I don't know why I didn't grab security. I guess I'm the idiot on that part, but was giving him the chance to leave me alone. Obvious he had a gambling problem. I would think the charges would have been considered cheating in some form? |

| Since you say the state law is $500/hour max loss, then your involvement would likely have been some type of conspiracy to circumvent state law or some such charge. Basically he would have been intentionally trying to bypass the limitation put in place by law and they could have claimed that you were an accomplace (sp?). |

I'm not sure exactly what the buy-ins are. Holdem along with other person to person games are somewhat still new in some casino's.(Opposed to person against the house.) There poker room was added sometime after Paty Poker's big campaign explosions all over the US. So there might not be a 10/20 table, maybe 3/6 or 5/10 though. |
