b) Your Bad Beat bonus rules clearly state that ALL active players in a hand where a bad beat is suffered are eligible for a bad beat bonus, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ACTUALLY SUFFERED BAD BEAT.

Just to clarify, you are aware from the hand history that the player with AAAA LOST to a straight flush aren't you?

I was looking at some screen shots in the picutes section the other day and one was of a KKKK getting beat by a royal flush and right away in the chat it said BadBeat and paid everyone right then and there. I think it was partypoker. If you have this rule it should automatically disperse the funds and not make you go through hell to try and get it.

^^this is a feature only on certain sites. ipoker and others pay you only if you send an email (and i can see why they do this; they just deny you the bonus in their replys lmao)
I think I'm going to call them. Maybe i could record the call and post it here.

Be sure to check out the laws regarding taping conversations if you plan to go down that route.
In some Countries you are obliged to inform the recipient that you are taping/recording the conversation for whatever purposes.

and let them know that there are many of us here on CC, and that we will all stop playing at titan if they keep up with this - in fact, i won't play there now even if they do resolve this. . . its too bad that titan is where the CC games are at. . .

i actually really like titan...in the past i've contacted support and they've helped me really quickly.
This is the first time i've actually had a problem...and what a problem it is.

Must have missed something here. What were your hole cards? I got one of these once kkkk beaten by AAAA there rules I had to have KK in my hand to qualify. (you must use both your hole cards) hope that helps.

I think what they are trying to tell you is that in order to get a piece of the badbeat prize money you had to have had a showdown. But since you weren't involved in the hand, folded preflop (and rightly so :P) you dont qualify.

So, what happened with this?

I never called due to extreme laziness, and Titan won.

I don't think they were trying to screw me, I just don't think the Indian support people could understand wtf I was saying. This is one of the reasons I've decided to play elsewhere very soon: non-english-speaking support. If they don't care enough about their customers to hire someone who speaks fluent english to take care of problems *that often involve lots of money*, I don't care to stay at their site.

The real reason I've been sticking around at Titan is because CC hosts some of their events there (that and I just got used to the damn place).
