Sucks Flack is associated with him like Sindri said...I really love Flack, his personality and all and would really hate to have him receive unnecessary bad criticism because of all this.

wow what a reaction... def caught him off guard... he didn't even say bye to his buddies... just kept walking like "oh shit oh shit".... but if he did do it... we need to make example of him... if he didn't i feel sorry for him for being put under the spotlight unfairly...

I believe this guy definately did this.
That being said How many of you would have said anything to this guy after a round of golf, and being stalked at your local Country Club? Especially if I had any drinks in me, I would've said nothing.

Its not just this.
This guy has been given ton´s of opertunitise to try to set the record straight and clear his name,but he hasnt.
If you where involved in a huge scandal wouldnt you atleast give out some kind of press release? or give a interview or w/e to try to clear your name?

I don't know for sure what I'd do, as It's never happened to me.
I would probably have said SOMETHING, even like "get out of my face". Must be a great poker player, when he's not cheating!!

Sometimes the more you say , the more you dig the hole...Look at Barry Bonds. His hole is pretty deep and getting deeper everytime he opens his mouth.

This is another reason we need some kind of checks and balances for online poker. Have the sites put up million$$ in bonds and see who would risk this kind of behavior.

Not in the slightest, if you stop/cut the video at any point before Hamilton got in his car and drove away, then you risk being accused of doctoring the video or cutting it mid flow to suit your own motives etc.

The video illustrated that Hamilton was given ample oppotunity to respond but chose not to. That was the whole point of video, sometimes actions speak louder than words.

I do hope those extra 2 and a half minutes you had to endure didn't disrupt your life too much though.
